On Thursday, March 22nd, 2018 join us for a private, ticketed dinner event featuring a very special menu by Tayybeh: A Celebration of Syrian Cuisine in support of the Downtown Eastside Women's Centre, and the production of a short film about female strength and resilience titled "A Place Called Hope".
Come enjoy a memorable evening with friends, all for a great cause! Dinner will be multi-course, alla famiglia style. The evening will start with a Rootside Provisions welcome cocktail. Wine will be included with dinner courtesy of Pentâge Winery.
This is a completely non-profit, volunteer event celebrating women's strength and their stories!

What's included with my ticket?
Welcome cocktail, a multi-course alla familiga style Syrian meal, a glass of wine (or two!) with dinner, and a chance to win fabulous door prizes. Plus good karma for supporting these causes and the telling of female-driven stories.
Is this a ladies-only event?
No! We'd love to have men attend. Gentlemen, please join us. Ladies, ask your male partners, friends and supporters to come celebrate with us. Also, it would make a great date-night!
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This event is 19+ as alcoholic beverages will be served.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The location is easily accessible via. transit and free/paid street parking is available in the neighbourhood.
